Hanazono service levels are among the worst in Japan , has continually reduced as the resort has expanded. The new 6 person lift is the slowest in the entire Niseko resort - either stopped or moving at half speed. The edge is the most overpriced dining ski are in all of Japan.

Good place to ski
Nice ski lifts and gondolas, Hana 1 and the Symphony Gondola have leather heated seats which is surprising for a ski resort. The slopes are nice and also powdery. I would recommend this resort.
The quality of the snow hasn't changed over time and it's still powdery!
The lift ride is also very comfortable!

Great ski slop for beginners as it's long and mostly gentle. The gondola is enclosed but ski off. Highly r commend the ski slop here.
